How you may use Trail to Treadmill, and the limits of that use.

Acceptance

By using Trail to Treadmill you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What the app is

Trail to Treadmill is a coaching and performance-planning tool for treadmill and uphill running. It is not a medical device and it does not create an account or require a login.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, for using a treadmill safely, and for deciding whether a test or training session is appropriate for you.

Consult a physician before starting or changing an exercise programme, and before performing a maximal test.

Not medical advice

Trail to Treadmill does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. It must not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Maximal tests

Several protocols in this app are maximal or near-maximal exercise tests. Perform them only when medically appropriate, on a safe treadmill, and stop immediately if you feel chest pain, dizziness, unusual shortness of breath, or any other reason that makes continuing unsafe.

Check with a doctor before using this app to plan training, and before making health or medical decisions. If you have a known heart, metabolic or musculoskeletal condition, get medical clearance before maximal testing.

No warranty

The app is provided as is. Results are estimates based on published models and the data you enter; they are not laboratory measurements. We do not warrant that results are accurate, complete or suitable for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lorenzo García is not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from use of the app, including from treadmill tests or training decisions based on its output.
